Front Office Manager (marked version)

- lead the Front Office department during the pre-opening phase, launch and ongoing operations, ensuring an impeccable experience for guests through reception, guest relationships, concierge coordination, central and presence in the lobby
- define and implement high standards of service, operational procedures and contact points of the host path that reflect the position and ambition of the Grand Hotel Locarno as a five-star destination
- select, insert, form and motivate the Front Office team, creating a culture of excellence, discretion, emotional intelligence and authentic hospitality
- maintain a strong and visible presence of leadership in lobby and Front Office areas, supporting the team in daily activities and constantly acting as hotel ambassador
- supervise arrivals, departures, VIP guests, allocation of guest rooms and preferences with extreme attention to detail, in order to offer a personalized and intuitive service at every stage of the stay
- collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Revenue, Spa, Food & Beverage and other operational departments to ensure impeccable coordination, accurate communication and uninterrupted luxury experience throughout the structure
- promote guest satisfaction, quality control and upselling performance while maintaining operational efficiency, team productivity and compliance with hotel standards and procedures
- support the implementation of systems, reporting tools and organisational structures relevant to the Front Office function, actively contributing to the success of the positioning and opening of this iconic hotel
Requirements
- APF diploma
- proven experience of at least 3 years
- excellent knowledge of Italian, German and English
- availability to work on shifts, weekends and holidays
