The Hospital Nidwalden is a modern acute care hospital with 90 beds, around 600 dedicated employees and is responsible for the extended basic care. For our team we are looking for reinforcement as of 1 January 2027 or by agreement. Tasks: • You will lead the Nidwalden hospital operationally, strategically develop the location and accompany the planned new hospital construction carefully from planning to implementation • The further integration of the location into the LUKS Group you actively participate and drive corresponding development processes forward • They bear overall responsibility for high-quality, economical and patient-oriented healthcare • They specifically promote interprofessional cooperation and at the same time strengthen an appreciative, performance-oriented leadership culture. • They maintain dialogue with internal and external stakeholders and represent the hospital convincingly to authorities, politics and partner organisations. Requirements • University degree or comparable education, supplemented by further education in business administration, health economics or management • Several years of management experience in hospital or health care with comprehensive responsibility for results • In-depth understanding of hospital processes, medical and nursing organization as well as business relationships • Experience in transformation processes and in managing complex projects (ideally also in the construction or real estate sector) • Integrative and convincing leader with high social skills, strategic thinking, strong implementation and the ability to engage different stakeholders We offer: • A key position with high visibility within a leading hospital group • The possibility of sustainably shapi
