In particular:
- translates the addresses and strategy of training into concrete actions at the local level, promoting organizational and formative conditions favourable to a learning experience;
- is the reference for professionals who, in departments and services, accompany people in training in clinical practice, supporting them in carrying out their role, promoting the development of mentoring and accompaniment skills through advice, coaching and supervision;
- guarantees and monitors the quality of accompaniment and learning in clinical practice, verifying the consistency of training courses and intervening, in collaboration with the responsible and the professionals involved, in the presence of criticality or specific needs;
- maintains the link between the local headquarters and the Center of competence for nursing and medical-technical training EOC, ensuring the alignment between the institutional addresses and the specificity of the local context;
- Requirements and qualifications: Academic and advanced training
- FFA 1 and/or CAS of SUPSI Clinical Tutor and/or SUFFP course for SSS Practical Training Referent.
