- Lead the design, configuration, customization, and deployment of Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
- Validate deliverables to ensure compliance with business requirements and technical specifications.
- Hands‑on experience with implementations and upgrades of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter .
Main responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities Guidewire Expertise & Technical Leadership
- Lead the design, configuration, customization, and deployment of Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
- Provide technical direction and architectural guidance to development teams across all phases of the SDLC.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex Guidewire technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Review and validate solution designs, business rules, integration patterns, and data models to ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices. Configuration & Integration
- Implement and enhance Guidewire functionalities including Messaging (JMS), SOAP/REST Web Services, Batch Processes, Authentication, and Data Model updates.
- Lead and coordinate integrations with external systems such as rating engines, policy admin platforms, claims systems, document management, and enterprise services.
- Ensure performance optimization, system stability, and maintainability across Guidewire environments. Leadership & Team Coordination
- Mentor and guide the development team, promoting high technical standards and efficient delivery.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA, and client teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with technical solutions.
Key requirements

- Hands‑on experience with implementations and upgrades of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter .
- Strong background in Java , API development, integration frameworks, and insurance domain processes.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing cross‑functional project stakeholders. Strong communication skills in English;
- bilingual Spanish a plus.
