icebreaker are looking for a Global Product Developer to join the product creation team in Stabio, Switzerland.
Let’s Talk About the Role As Global Product Developer , you will be accountable for the execution of icebreaker products through the GTM process from concept to finished goods, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, global business needs, sourcing capabilities, and quality standards.
This role plays a critical part in the tactical execution of industry‑leading product to design intent, collaborating cross‑functionally with a multi‑season time horizon.
Key requirements
- End-to-End Product Excellence - Prepare detailed product tech packs:
- Experience managing cost models in a dynamic environment.
- Proven success in cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
- ## Education & Experience - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Development, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe CC , and experience with PLM systems such as Flex and Enovia.
