• You are primarily responsible for the new, central transformation initiative of distribution "360° P&C" and are responsible for planning, implementation, management and success monitoring

• You have several years of professional experience in insurance and/or Banking industry or consulting
• You are familiar with change management processes and have mastered the implementation of multi-stakeholder projects inside out
• You have in-depth knowledge of agile project methodology as well as experience in working with agile teams
