Role overview
Description - Conduct judicial police investigations related to economic and financial crimes - Analyze financial and accounting documentation to identify relevant elements for the investigation - Prepare analysis and reconstruction reports of economic and financial facts to provide the Public Ministry with the necessary elements for their decisions - Ensure specialist support in the context of economic and financial searches - Actively participate in judicial police interrogations in the context of economic and financial crimes, as well as coercive measures requested by the Public Ministry - Proceed with in-depth research, upon the order of superiors, of topics of interest to the service ## Requirements - License, Bachelor's or Executive Master's degree in Economics and/or Federal Certificate of Chartered Accountant or possibly Accountant/Controller (with specialization diplomas) - At least 5 years of experience in the field of auditing or compliance in the banking or fiduciary sector, which is a preferred title - Good knowledge in the field of informatics: MS Office (word, excel) and databases (access), accounting programs - Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian, written and spoken knowledge of an official second language and English - Possession of a category B driving license - Self-control and teamwork skills - Initiative, reliability, precision, and discretion - Good conduct: no incompatible precedents with the function - Availability to work irregular hours and attend training courses and workshops - Swiss citizenship ## Particular Observations - Candidates participating in the competition authorize the Lugano Canton Police to process all necessary data to verify their good conduct and the absence of incompatible precedents with the employment in the Police - Candidates are invited to submit the certificate of solvency obtainable online at: https://www4.ti.ch/di/dg/sezione-di-esecuzione-e-fallimento/estratto-esecuzioni-certificato-di-solvibilita#1 ## Conditions for submitting the application - Applications must be submitted online.
