## Missione - We are seeking an experienced Fixed Income Execution Trader to join our team in Geneva. For this full-time position, a solid background in bond markets, advanced execution skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment is requested. Individual’s role will focus on day-to-day execution of fixed income orders in primary and secondary markets, optimizing execution strategies, and contributing to the automation of order workflows. The candidate is expected to be learning and supporting execution in other asset classes and take part to late shift coverage for US markets (up to 22:00).

## Mansioni principali - Efficient and accurate trade execution (voice and electronic) in secondary markets (Credit IG and HY, Rates, Emerging Markets, Money Markets). - Oversee full bookbuilding processes in primary markets (publish new issues, collect subscriptions, distribute allocations). - Play an integral part of a ‘value added’ basis to investment process by leveraging market knowledge and counterparty contacts to improve performance and influence outcomes. - Monitor and share market news and liquidity conditions with Wealth Management teams and build trust-based internal relationships. - Develop and maintain strong, transparent and constructive relationships with brokers and counterparties to obtain the best service for the bank’s clients. - Run and optimize electronic execution and RFQs via Bloomberg (e.g., IB/TSOX), MarketAxess, and Tradeweb. - Develop and implement Fixed Income execution strategies to optimize trading performance and client outcomes. - Contribute to the automation of bond order workflows and the integration of trading technologies. - Late-shift coverage (up to 22:00): mandatory multi-asset execution across Fixed Income, Equities, and ETDs. - Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., best execution, record-keeping).
