- Your tasks
Manage everyday operations of buildings and business spaces (offices, common areas, meeting rooms), ensuring functionality and compliance with internal standards. \Coordinate external suppliers for cleaning, maintenance and general services, monitoring quality and follow-up on open activities. Manage internal requests (tickets, signals, interventions) to the resolution, ensuring prompt and effective responses. \ Support ordinary and extraordinary maintenance planning and contribute to the drafting of technical and administrative documentation. \* Support workplace health and safety, including DPI distribution and verification of space and equipment compliance.

Technical Diploma
- Consolidated experience in a similar role in industrial or corporate context.
\Excellent organizational capacity and priority management; habit of working with high autonomy. \ Experience in the coordination of suppliers and basic knowledge of building maintenance processes. \* Good mastery of MS Office; knowledge of ticketing tools or facility management is a plus. English B2\.
