As SAP SSAM specialist support at SBB Infrastruktur, you support the users throughout Switzerland and help shape the further development of our solutions. You work in an agile team and are in exchange with various specialist areas as well as in all language regions. You can move that.

• You answer inquiries from 1st-level support and support the users with new or changed functionalities.
• You also provide 2nd-level application support.
• For smooth application operation (DevOps), you support and help shape the future system landscape with SAP S/4HANA.
• You identify new requirements and coordinate them with the product owner.
• You are the interface between management, departments, IT and providers.
• Your area of responsibility also includes conducting tests and creating and updating documentation and training materials.

• You are a resilient and professional personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situations and acts service-oriented. Customer orientation is a matter of course for you.
• With pleasure you get to know new topics, processes and systems, your analytical thinking, your structured working method and your own initiative support you.
• Experience in the support environment is an advantage, SAP SSAM knowledge is welcome, but not a requirement.
• You appreciate team collaboration and an open feedback culture.
• We presuppose a degree EFZ with part-time training (Level Higher School of Applied Sciences) or CAS in the fields of computer science, business informatics, business administration.
• We presuppose very good knowledge of German (C2) as well as English (B2) in word and writing, knowledge of French or Italian (B1) is a great advantage.
