Complex healing costs cases are our everyday life: Whenever it is unclear which insurance pays, we come into play. We clarify who performs – OKP, UV, MV or IV – and ensure that everything runs correctly and fairly. You dive deep into dossiers from German and French Switzerland, check the cases and make well-founded decisions. You can expect an exciting job with a lot of personal responsibility, strong colleagues and top employment conditions.

This is what your everyday life looks like

• At the heart of it: You clarify cases of delimitation for accident and military insurance and make clear decisions.
• In professional and medical matters, you represent our position vis-à-vis other social insurers.
• You exchange information in writing and verbally with customers as well as social insurers and service providers.
• You will recover incurred costs from the responsible insurers and book them directly in the system.
• You maintain your cases in the system, update our professional databases and keep track of many dossiers.
• With your know-how, you get involved in team rounds, discuss tricky cases and help to further develop our processes.

You bring that with you

• First things first: Your profound professional experience in a similar role in health and/or accident insurance forms the foundation for your function as a specialist.
• In German you express yourself very well – verbally and in writing.
• Your paramedical or commercial basic education forms a solid basis.
• Do you already bring a further education in the social security sector or are you in the middle of it? That would definitely be a plus!
• Teamwork is important to you: You get involved, share your knowledge and at the same time independently lead cases.
• You work carefully, think networked, stay calm even in complex situations and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• Work Flexible: Adapt your work to your lifestyle annually with part-time options and other flexible models like home office and more.
• Choose your holiday model: 5 or 6 weeks holiday? Your decision. Accordingly, you work 41 or 42 hours a week.
• Stay fit: Ergonomic workplaces, promotion of mental well-being and many other offers around your health.
