This is what your everyday life looks like

• With foresight, you develop our ICS conceptually and shape its future orientation in accordance with relevant regulatory and business requirements.
• From planning to follow-up, you take responsibility for IKS reviews: You coordinate and carry out control testing and walkthroughs using technical tools, document the results in a comprehensible manner and ensure the consistent processing of agreed measures.
• You bring modern tool solutions and technical support options, develop them independently and establish efficient and sustainable processes and work instruments.
• For different stakeholder groups and management levels, you prepare addressee-oriented reports, analyses and decision bases.
• You make complex ICS topics comprehensible and decision-oriented: You develop presentations, concepts and concrete recommendations for action for the management.
• In exchange with relevant stakeholders from the specialist areas as well as with other governance and control functions, you identify further development topics and advance them in a targeted manner.
• You also keep track of day-to-day operations: You maintain the IKS documentation, coordinate deadlines and activities and deal with ongoing questions and requirements.

You bring that with you

• A completed degree in economics, law or a comparable discipline forms the basis for this task. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of internal control system (ICS), internal audit, risk management, compliance or in a comparable governance and control function distinguish you – ideally in consulting, at a bank or insurance company.
• You are experienced in the planning and implementation of control testings, walkthroughs and design assessments. The comprehensible documentation and the follow-up of findings and measures are also part of your familiar working environment.
• You know the essential concepts and requirements for an effective ICS and can competently assess their effects on processes, risks and controls. Ideally, you have already actively participated in the conception or further development of an IKS.
• Analyze processes, optimize control activities and recognize contexts – this is one of your strengths. From this, you will develop concrete, feasible and sustainable solutions for our IKS.
• A good understanding of the use and further development of ICS, GRC or similar tool solutions brings you as much pleasure in advancing technical support options.
• Your way of working is committed, solution-oriented and quality-conscious. You show your own initiative and have the aspiration not only to accompany topics, but to actively develop them and promote them sustainably.
