This combines psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment with resource-oriented approaches as well as elements of mindfulness, closeness to nature and self-reflection. We are looking for an experienced specialist who supports this approach, contributes her clinical experience and enjoys accompanying people in demanding life situations.

Their tasks

• Psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care of patients with mental and psychosomatic diseases
• Implementation of psychiatric examinations, diagnosis and individual treatment planning
• Implementation of individual and group therapies within the framework of the existing treatment concept
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with psychology, nursing and other therapeutic specialists
• Participation in case meetings and professional exchange within the treatment team

Your Competences

• Specialist title Psychiatry and Psychotherapy FMH or federally recognized equivalent training title
• Fulfilment of the prerequisites for the professional qualification (BAB) and admission to the compulsory health insurance (OKP) in the Canton of Schaffhausen, in particular at least three years of professional activity at a recognised Swiss training institution
• Many years of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic professional experience as well as an independent, responsible working method
• Openness for a holistic, nature-connected and mindfulness-oriented therapy approach as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Empathetic, appreciative communication and willingness to work within an existing therapeutic concept
