End-to-end management of complex programs and projects in the digital and software transformation field

Coordination of business and IT stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and effective governance
Leadership of programs related to Corporate Banking, ESG, and Open Banking
Responsibility for time, budget, quality, and results
Guidance of multidisciplinary teams in structured and high-complexity contexts Requirements
Consolidated experience (5+ years) in Program & Project Management in the banking or financial sector
Background on digital transformation projects, software development, and Corporate/Business channels
Knowledge of ESG and Open Banking services for Corporate clients
Strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and execution

Guidance of multidisciplinary teams in structured and high-complexity contexts
