• At the heart of it: You plan appointments for our customer advisors and fill their calendars week after week with suitable customer appointments.
• After the appointment, you will send confirmations by mail or letter and make sure that all relevant information is fully collected.
• In the calendar you keep the overview, adjust agreed dates, postpone them if necessary or delete them.
• On e-mails about appointment requests, you respond promptly and respond to the concerns of customers.
• You work on leads carefully, move them into the right pipeline or close them off. You bring that with you

• Completed vocational training in the KV, in the retail trade or in another exciting profession – we are open to this.
