Mansions
- receive new assignments orally, in writing or in electronic form from superiors
- plan the tasks and works to be carried out for themselves and for their team
- establish deadlines and time for cleaning
- determine cleaning methods and systems, as well as treatments to be made and products to use, for example by choosing products suitable for a wooden floor or for glass objects
- prepare materials, tools, appliances and machines
- if necessary mount scaffolding and lifting devices to more effectively clean surfaces or specific areas
- comply with safety standards
- correctly use cleaning methods and equipment to clean floors, walls, bathrooms, showers, windows or facades
- dust, clean with the rag and pass the vacuum cleaner, for example in houses and offices
- dust, clean and maintain furniture
- treat or dry wash carpets
- wash the facades, the external stairs, using specific machinery, for example, hydroplying machines
- properly treat floors and walls, such as glaze, wax, impregnate, oil, etc.
- replace worn parts and consumables, such as cleaning cloths or single vacuum parts
- check that the work has been done correctly
- deliver clean buildings or transport to customers
- take care of the maintenance of machines and equipment and carry out small repairs
- check material stocks and place orders
- dispose of waste in respect of the environment
Requirements
- preferably with AFC certificate
- previous experience in the sector from 1 to 3 years
- ability to work in team
- excellent knowledge of Italian
- licence to conduct cat. B
- self-employed person
