Mansioni
- pulizia e sanificazione quotidiana di pavimenti, pareti, superfici e aree di lavoro.
- lavaggio e igienizzazione di attrezzature, utensili, piani di lavoro e macchinari della cucina.
- pulizia di forni, frigoriferi, celle, cappe, filtri e altre attrezzature, secondo le procedure previste.
- gestione e pulizia delle aree di lavaggio
- utilizzo corretto di detergenti, prodotti igienizzanti e attrezzature per la pulizia.
- segnalazione al responsabile di eventuali anomalie, guasti o situazioni che possano compromettere l'igiene e la sicurezza.
Requirements
- esperienza pregressa nel settore da 1 – 3 anni
- capacità di lavorare in team
- buona conoscenza dell’italiano
- licenza di condurre cat.B
