ensure the operation of the services and mandates assigned in compliance with business procedures, ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, HSE directives and customer specific processes ensure the proper functioning of the plants, infrastructures and spaces entrusted, intervening in case of failures and performing-coordinating maintenance and repair activities manage the daily operation of technical installations and keep the documentation of competence updated participate in the picket shifts coordinate maintenance activities, technical operations, small mandates and projects assigned co-ordinate and supervise the activities of external suppliers, ensuring quality, safety and compliance with agreed timing manage the disposal of materials and substances in compliance with current regulations support administrative management of tickets, maintenance contracts, invoices and projects process technical and operational reporting required collaborate with the Site Manager, the Facility Services Manager, the Infrastructure Career and the Technical Service to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma AFC Electrical Installation, Electrical Installer or Thermoclimatic
- technical experience and management of infrastructure and facilities
- proven Facility Management experience
- dynamic, flexible, reliable and collaboratively oriented person
- strong planning, organisation and coordination of operational activities
- aptitude for teamwork and collaboration with internal and external interlocutors
- availability to ensure hourly flexibility according to the service requirements
- ability to effectively manage complex situations and operate under pressure maintaining high quality standards
- good information knowledge
- excellent communication, relational and management skills of the relationship with the customer
- active participation in coordination meetings, contributing to the achievement of the objectives
- strong orientation to service and customer satisfaction
- excellent knowledge of Italian and basic knowledge of German
