This experience will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how Human Resources enables EFG to deliver outstanding service and maintain its leadership in private banking.</span></p><p style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0cm;"> </p><p><span><strong><u>How the EFG Graduate Programme works?</u></strong></span></p><p><span>Starting in September 2026 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates.
