Role overview
We are looking for a E-commerce Merchandising Specialist to join the E-commerce team, with the goal of supporting the management and optimization of the online assortment, contributing to commercial performance and delivering an excellent user experience across the digital channel.
The role will work closely with the Merchandising, CRM, and Marketing teams, ensuring a consistent and elevated online product presentation in line with the brand’s luxury positioning.

- Manage and update the online assortment on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product catalog, categories, and attributes
- Support online visual merchandising activities, including product placement across listing pages, landing pages, and site navigation
Main responsibilities

- Support online visual merchandising activities, including product placement across listing pages, landing pages, and site navigation
- Monitor commercial performance through key KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, sell-through, stock coverage, and category/product performance
- Analyze sales data and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimizing assortment and customer journey
- Collaborate with Merchandising, CRM, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure alignment on launches, collection highlights, seasonality, and product storytelling
- Ensure the quality of online product content (images, descriptions, attributes, cross-selling / up-selling)
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce merchandising performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, digital merchandising, or related roles, preferably within fashion / luxury / premium environments
- Strong understanding of key e-commerce KPIs and performance metrics
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or product catalog management tools
