Director / Director of Basic Education The Italian University School (SUPSI) competes on the position of ## Director / Director of Basic Training (FB) , member of the SUPSI Directorate, full-time (100%) and indefinitely, with entry into operation on 1 September 2026.

The main office is at the SUPSI Directorate-General in Manno.

SUPSI operates in its basic training mandates, continuous training, applied research, service performance and knowledge transfer in multiple disciplines.

Key requirements

  • possiede una laurea universitaria a livello master; il dottorato di ricerca costituisce titolo preferenziale;
  • vanta una significativa esperienza nella didattica e nella gestione accademica a livello terziario, in Svizzera e/o all’estero;
  • conosce in modo approfondito il sistema universitario svizzero, con particolare attenzione alle Scuole universitarie professionali e/o alle Alte scuole pedagogiche;
  • dimostra autorevolezza, capacità relazionali e di leadership in contesti pluridisciplinari, complessi e a responsabilità distribuite;
  • dispone di consolidata reputazione personale e profonda conoscenza del territorio ticinese e del contesto politico-istituzionale di riferimento;
  • è di lingua madre italiana e possiede un’ottima padronanza del francese e del tedesco; buone conoscenze dell’inglese.
