Tasks

• Assumption of management responsibilities in deputy management of ET/PT Altermedizin & Rehabilitation at the Bruderholz site as well as active participation in the personnel and organizational development of the area
• Professional and organizational participation in the department in close cooperation with the management of PT/ET Altermedizin & Rehabilitation
• Co-responsibility for the implementation and further development of quality standards as well as the technical further development of the unit
• Active design and coordination of inpatient therapies
• Co-responsibility for operational, work and holiday planning in cooperation with the team
• Management, promotion and development of employees in professional and personal terms
• Active representation of the field in interprofessional exchange and coordination meetings
• Treatment of patients in the stationary area

Requirements

• Completed training as occupational therapist/FH
• Several years of professional experience in the hospital or rehabilitation environment
• Leadership experience and/or strong willingness to assume and develop leadership responsibility
• Enjoy taking responsibility, actively shaping change and developing solutions together with the team
• Enjoying a varied and challenging hospital day
• High understanding of quality and services as well as openness to change processes
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Situational and differentiated communication skills
• Interest in continuous further education and personal development
