• You lead the team during the service and help our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support every day
• You ensure an optimal operational sequence and the care process in everyday life
• The electronic care documentation in the Care Coach you lead independently and seamlessly
• You are involved in the daily care of our residents and, if necessary, support in the education and training of learners and interns
• You are the contact person for residents, relatives and other interest groups such as doctors, pharmacists, etc.

• Training as a Dipl. Nursing professional HF/HF or similar
• You are motivated and like to bring your strong professional and social skills into everyday life
• You bring knowledge in RAI/RUG and careCoach
• Good oral and written knowledge of German (B2)
