We are looking for someone for the Tertianum Neuhegi Winterthur immediately or by appointment

Dipl. Nursing Specialist / Nursing Specialist HF as Vocational Trainer / Vocational Trainer 70-100%

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you will report directly to the nursing service management as well as the education department and will assume specialist responsibility for education in the area of nursing and care.

• Responsibility for the training of all HF/FH nursing students in technical, personnel and organizational terms, including operational planning
• Leading and supporting employees directly reporting to them in all work-related topics
• Planning and implementation of learning support, learning and working groups (LAG), school days and inter-company courses as well as joint management of the LAG with the vocational training FaGe
• Shared responsibility for ensuring the training mandate and for the continuous development of training quality
• Implementation of the nursing process as well as documentation and performance recording (RAI)
• Recruitment support throughout the selection process
• Assuming day-to-day responsibility in the five residential groups to ensure the well-being of the residents
• Participation in early and late shifts as well as one or two weekend shifts per month

Your profile

You are a committed and competent personality who enjoys training learners and students:

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH and passed a vocational training course (5 days) are mandatory
• SVEB 1 is an advantage or the willingness to complete this certificate course
• At least 2 years of professional experience in nursing and ideally 1 year in education
• High social, technical and personal skills
• Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
• Independent, structured and flexible way of working as well as a strong awareness of quality
• Appreciative and empathetic interaction with residents, employees and learners
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
