Tasks

• Analyze work and business processes and identify efficiency, automation and digitalization potential
• Critically question and simplify existing processes
• Translate technical requirements into suitable technical solutions
• Develop and further develop digital solutions, automations and prototypes
• Using modern AI tools for new solutions and to support development
• Implement solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio and other suitable technologies
• Include SAP SLCM and other existing specialist applications in process and solution concepts
• Help shape data models, interfaces, integrations and cross-system data flows
• Participate in system detachments, migrations and the further development of the application landscape
• Act as an interface between departments, developers, computer science and external partners
• Support employees in new digital ways of working and using AI

Requirements

They have a good technical understanding and can assess technical problems from both a process and a system perspective.

Ideally, they bring with them

• Experience in the analysis, optimization and digitalization of business processes
• Practical experience in the design or development of digital solutions
• Understanding data models, interfaces, APIs and integrations
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and ideally Power Platform, Copilot Studio or Azure
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with modern AI tools and interest in new forms of software development
• Analytical, structured and pragmatic working methods
• High initiative and strong communication and consulting skills

Studying in business informatics, computer science, digital business or a related field is an advantage, but not a requirement. Equally welcome are people with a suitable vocational apprenticeship, further education or with well-founded, self-acquired skills and corresponding practical experience. Programming skills, for example in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript or .NET, as well as experience with databases, cloud technologies, SAP or system migrations are advantageous. Decisive for us are your technical understanding, your practical solution competence and your ability to identify and implement potential for improvement.
