Main responsibilities
Ensure the operational management of the order process (order-to-cash), ensuring continuity, precision and compliance with timing
Manage and monitor EDI flows (ORDER, DESADV, INVOICE – EDIFACT standard), intervening in case of abnormalities
Manage manual orders and emergency processes (Notfallprozess)
Ensure document accuracy and support billing and credit notes
Manage direct contact with customers (phone and email – CH: IT / DE / FR)
Manage complaints and operational issues, ensuring its resolution and follow-up
Monitoring deliveries, delays and anomalies, intervening proactively
Update customer/material, EAN/GTIN codes and commercial conditions
Interface with planning, logistics, production, sales, administration and IT / EDI provider
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes (in particular EDI and order management)
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company standards
Working with the team for operational coverage and asset planning
Profile
Indicative age: 30 – 45 years
Commercial or administrative training
Experience of 3 – 5 years for internal sale, customer service or order management
Experience in managing EDI flows (EDIFACT)
Excellent knowledge of SAP (preferably S/4HANA)
Good knowledge of logistic and administrative processes
Good mastery of computer tools (Office, Excel)
Languages: Italian fluent
- German and French (min. B2)
Accuracy, reliability and priorit management capacity
Operating flexibility (night work and rotation Saturday)
Teamwork attitude and interfunctional collaboration
Preferable knowledge of the Swiss market and the GDO
Skills
Autonomous end-to-end order process management
Operational knowledge of EDI flows and abnormal management
Problem solving operational and managing complaints
Effective coordination with internal departments
Capacity to work with high volumes maintaining quality and precision
Good understanding of logistic flows and supply chain
Advanced use of SAP and digital tools
Customer orientation and proactive approach
Capacity for continuous adaptation and improvement

- Requirements:
Concrete experience with EDI flows (EDIFACT: ORDER, DESADV, INVOICE)
Operating experience in order management (order management / internal sales / customer service)
Excellent knowledge of SAP
Italian fluent + German and French (min. level B2)
Availability to carry out telework activities in evening bands (about 1 hour, 2–3 times a week) and Saturday coverage (about 7 hours), according to shared planning within a team of 3 people and respecting the weekly mountain hours
