• You lead the reception and reservation team of 8-10 employees in the absence of Chef de Reception.
• You lead, support and motivate the front office team in the absence of Chef de Reception.
• You look after our guests personally and by phone and recognize their individual wishes and needs.
• You are the warm and courteous contact person at the reception – check-ins and check-outs.
• You are responsible for the professional handling of reservations, guest correspondence and administrative tasks.
• You process guest feedback and complaints in a solution-oriented manner.
• You ensure a smooth process at the reception and ensure a warm guest service.
• You will complete other tasks – vouchers, kiosks and table reservations.
• You optimize existing processes on an ongoing basis and bring your own ideas for improvement.
• You ensure a correct daily and monthly closing as well as the billing.
• You support the Hotel management in the implementation of Revenue Management in close cooperation with the Revenue Partner Hotel Partner and are responsible for the Revenue sub-area Yield Management (operational price management).

• You have an education in the hotel or tourism sector or a comparable professional experience at a hotel reception in the 4* sector.
• You love contact with guests, are communicative and always remain charming.
• You have a high level of service awareness and are always ready to go the extra mile for our guests.
• You know the region or are ready to acquire this knowledge independently.
• You are reliable, extremely dutiful and like to work independently as well as in a team.
• You speak German and English – other languages are a plus.
• You are IT-savvy and familiar with the most common hotel systems (Opera Cloud, Aleno, common office programs).
