The Swiss Italian University of Applied Sciences (SUPSI), is seeking a Departmental IT Technician/Support Specialist to complete the team of the IT Service of the Department of Training and Learning / High School of Pedagogy (DFA/ASP) located in Locarno.

Start date is June 1, 2026 or to be agreed upon.

## Job Description - Support requests from SUPSI students and staff for client PCs.

Key requirements

  • Formazione quale AFC in Informatica o titolo equivalente.
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza professionale in posizioni simili.
  • Ottime conoscenze di sistemi operativi client (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
  • Comprovata esperienza nella configurazione e amministrazione di Client.
  • Conoscenza ambienti virtualizzati (es.: VMWare).
  • Ottime conoscenze del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
  • Esperienza nell’utilizzo di sistemi di ticketing.
  • Esperienza nella distribuzione automatizzata di applicativi e sistemi operativi.
