Main responsibilities
- Data Insight Manager Mendrisio site (Ticino)
- To strengthen our Commercial Department team at our headquarter in Mendrisio (Switzerland), we are currently looking for a Data Insight Manager. Responsabilità Chiave
- Manage and update sales databases and key commercial KPIs.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel (or other reporting tools).
- Analyze sales data, market share and product performance.
- Support forecasting and budgeting activities within the commercial department.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams to ensure data consistency and reliability.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy and integrity across multiple data sources.
Key requirements
- Formazione
- Degree in Economics, Statistics or a related field. Esperienza
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry (at least 2–3 years in similar roles or in commercial/data analysis). Conoscenze e Abilità
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, analytical functions).
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to interpret economic and commercial indicators (e.g., gross margin, sell-out, sell-in).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with IQVIA data or other pharmaceutical market data source. Preferenze
