• Processing challenging claims cases in all civil liability sectors (motor vehicle, professional and private liability) with heavyweight personal injury
• Clarification of legal questions of a wide variety of kinds
• Conducting negotiations with injured parties, their lawyers and with involved private and social insurers
• Instructing and accompanying external lawyers in litigation cases
• Collaboration in projects and carrying out internal training
• Technical support of our decentralised claims services Your skills and talents
• Mandatory law degree at a Swiss university with several years of professional experience, preferably with attorney's patent
• Practical experience in the field of civil liability and social security law
• Experience in the processing of complex personal injury cases
• Appropriate written and oral expression skills in German as well as with advantage in an additional national language
