We offer comprehensive support, whether for individual advice on our products and their contracts or for clarification of issues relating to the exchange of basic insurance. To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for motivated employees who support our customer service with passion and empathy. The temporary employment between August 2026 and January 2027 offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Your contribution

• You take the professional care and treatment mainly by phone with all requests for health insurance as well as the replacement service of basic insurance
• You also take care of non-voice channels such as e-mail or chat in enquiries about health insurance as well as the exchange of basic insurance
• You are responsible for mutations of customer data including individual solution finding at various collection requests
• You secure the support for the MyAXA customer portal and the change service platform and help our customers and customers optimally use the available features
• You actively contribute to the team, promote knowledge sharing and always focus on the needs of our customers and customers

Your skills and talents

• Very good oral and written language skills in German and at least one other language (French or Italian)
• Joy in customer contact, helpfulness and empathy with the aim of offering the best possible solution to every customer and customer
• You have a quick understanding, you like to work in the team and add it to your willingness to use and perseverance
• You have motivation and drive to take responsibility in an agile team, to work independently and to continue customer-oriented solutions
