Application process
- Technical junior salesman with knowledge of the Swiss-German language Apply Division Tool Function Sales/Marketing Related location Switzerland, Agno More than Tools Mikron Tool is international leader in the development and production of hard metal cutting tools.
- During the first 12 months, the candidate will be included in the various technical and productive departments, with the aim of gaining in-depth knowledge of tungsten carbide cutting tools, manufacturing processes, applications and customer requirements.
- In parallel, the participant will join our Sales Technicians on the territory, learning the business and relational skills necessary to develop and manage relationships with customers and partners.
- At the end of the training, the candidate will have the technical and commercial skills necessary to embark on a professional journey in the sales area, with the aim to gradually assume the responsibility of the German Swiss market. Your main task
- Participate in a training course structured in the different technical, productive and application departments of the company.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of tungsten carbide cutting tools, processing processes and related applications with customers.
- To join the Sales Technicians in visits to customers, technical consultancy and the commercial development of the territory.
- Use software and technical tools for application analysis, tool selection and production process optimization.
