Responsibility, design, and collaboration. 🚀 As Procurement Country Lead Switzerland, you take on disciplinary responsibility for the local procurement team and further develop it professionally and personally. In this role, you combine operational excellence with strategic supplier management and work closely with production, supply chain, finance, and management, being part of the local site leadership. ## Responsibilities - You are responsible for defined commodity groups in direct materials (especially raw materials) and remain active in operational and strategic procurement alongside your leadership role - You organize and lead local and group-wide tenders, negotiate contracts, and conclude framework agreements in close coordination with the group's Category Cluster Leads - You ensure high data quality and transparency in procurement (SAP/MM) - You steer local procurement based on clear KPIs (e.g., savings, contract coverage, supplier performance, data quality) and derive concrete improvement measures - You report directly to the Head of Procurement and actively participate in group-wide reviews, projects, and initiatives - You identify optimization and efficiency potentials and implement them together with your team and relevant interfaces - Depending on the project, you take an active role in local and international initiatives (e.g., process or system projects) ## Requirements - You have a completed degree (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, agricultural sciences) or commercial training with relevant professional experience in procurement - You have several years of experience in operational and/or strategic procurement, preferably in the food industry or a regulated production environment - You are a recognized expert in procurement and also want to develop in the direction of leadership - Initial experience in coordinating colleagues, project teams, or external partners is an advantage - You have a good understanding of quality, certif
