• AFC cook/a;
• similar experiences in the field or having already worked in the school sector can

constitute preferential requirement;

• aptitude for dialogue with teachers and children;
• organizational and relational skills.

Yearly wage (threeteenth monthly and salary scale updated on 01.01.2026:

• Classes (4*) 5 – 7 ROD (cook/a function);
• Minimum: CHF 62’022.-- 100% annual, (*CHF 58’371.-- 100%);
• Maximum: CHF 85’327.-- 100% annual;
• In addition to the salary, children's allowances are paid

according to LAFam;

• Food and accommodation are counted as a salary in nature under the LAVS.

• In case of intake of employees with little experience or for which it is reasonably necessary

foresee a period of introduction, the City Hall can establish a lower initial salary of a class than the minimum entry class. Within the framework of the above-mentioned possibilities of pay, the City Hall can recognize the activity carried out previously, if conformed to this Chapter, assigning one or more year of service pursuant to art. 29 cpv. 2 ROD.

• The first year of service is considered as a test year.
