- preparazione e produzione pasti per i diversi segmenti di clientela (congressuale, banchetti, eventi, rassegne e à la carte)
- assistenza nella gestione del sistema di autocontrollo (manual HACCP)
- assistenza nell’ambito di rassegne, eventi e seminari
- controllo ordine ed igiene in tutti settori; cucina, economato, frigo ecc.
- pulizia e riordino dei locali e degli spazi della cucina, degli utensili, del vasellame, degli impianti, ecc.
Requirements
- formazione di Cuoco con AFC
- esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni
- capacità di lavorare in autonomia’
- disponibilità a lavorare nei giorni festivi e la domenica
- ottima conoscenza dell’italiano
- licenza di condurre cat.B
