Management and coordination activities
- in case of absence of the kitchen manager (RCU) or on its specific request, take charge of the organization of the kitchen
- attend meetings of the kitchen team

- supervise the activities carried out by the staff

- knowledge of hygiene standards and related application in catering
- computer knowledge (Office applications, web searches)
