Role overview
Michel Gruppe AG includes the psychiatric institution Privatklinik Meiringen, the Hasliberg rehabilitation clinic, the Helsenberg Foundation with dormitories and sheltered workplaces as well as the Haslital laundry and the Haslital day care centre as well as services in other areas.
It employs a total of around 800 people at its locations in Willigen, Meiringen, Hasliberg, Ringgenberg, Interlaken, Thun and Bern.
Controlling provides central services for all Michel Group institutions and is responsible for the classic controlling tasks in the individual institutions.

- Annual preparation of cost accounting according to REKOLE for the private clinic Meiringen and the rehabilitation clinic Hasliberg
- Updating and further developing the cost accounting and service recording system
- Business management training (UNIVERSITY, UNIVERSITY of applied sciences) or specialist certificate in finance, with experience in cost accounting
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, is required
Main responsibilities
- Annual preparation of cost accounting according to REKOLE for the private clinic Meiringen and the rehabilitation clinic Hasliberg
- Updating and further developing the cost accounting and service recording system
- Preparation of data deliveries for the private clinic Meiringen and the rehabilitation clinic Hasliberg such as SpiGes, ITAR_K as a basis for negotiations for insurers, etc.
- Preparation of reports for internal and external purposes Further development of our reporting tools
Key requirements
- Business management training (UNIVERSITY, UNIVERSITY of applied sciences) or specialist certificate in finance, with experience in cost accounting
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, is required
- High IT affinity and interest in the further development of BI solutions -
- Degree in business administration or finance certification with cost accounting experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- High IT affinity and interest in BI solutions
- Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
- Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
