Your tasks ###
- Responsibility for finance, administration and logistics including ensuring compliance and internal control systems
- Implementation and coordination of the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts as well as group-wide and statutory reporting
- Responsibility for forecasts, budget planning, financial analysis and management reporting.
- Analysis of business developments, derivation of optimization potential and active support for strategic and operational decisions
- Optimization of profitability, cash flow and working capital as well as management of process improvement and SAP projects
Your profile ###
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a comparable subject area
- At least 10 years of professional experience in controlling
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS accounting as well as experience in Group reporting and consolidation processes
- Very good knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems as well as excellent knowledge of Excel
- Negotiable knowledge of German and English
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented personality with strong entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience in managing and developing employees as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills
