The University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Italian Switzerland (SUPSI) is offering a competition at the

## Early childhood service , the selection of educational personnel to be included within the educational teams. The competition is annual with the possibility of being hired during 2026, depending on the needs of the Service and with the possibility of mobility between offices.

Key requirements

  • Diploma SUP o titolo universitario nel settore educativo (Bachelor in lavoro sociale con curriculum Educatore, Laurea in Scienze dell’educazione o analogo), oppure diploma di una Scuola superiore di grado terziario (diploma SSS di Educatrice/tore dell’infanzia) oppure Attestato Federale di Capacità come OSA Infanzia.
  • Riconoscimento SEFRI richiesto nel caso in cui il titolo di studio fosse stato conseguito all’estero.
  • Esperienza pregressa in un nido dell’infanzia e/o in un contesto analogo costituisce requisito preferenziale.
  • Conoscenza dei principi pedagogici e delle metodologie educative applicabili al contesto della prima infanzia.
  • Capacità relazionale e comunicativa con i bambini e le famiglie.
  • Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo e alla collaborazione.
  • Approccio partecipativo rivolto all’implementazione del progetto pedagogico.
  • Flessibilità rivolta al buon funzionamento del Servizio.
