- Management of sickness, accident, maternity, family allowances, source tax calculations
Main responsibilities
- Administrative management of employees, from hiring to termination of employment Payroll management
- Management of sickness, accident, maternity, family allowances, source tax calculations
- Preparation of various reports, statistics and key indicators
- Point of reference for employees and service managers
- Preparation of annual calculations (AVS, LAA, PGM, LPP)
- Reconciliation of accounts with financial accounting Participation in various HR projects Requirements Personnel assistant certificate Native Italian speaker
- Excellent written skills in French and good level of German (B1)
- 3 years of experience in personnel administration in Switzerland
- Excellent mastery of main IT tools (MS Office, Outlook) and knowledge of an ERP for payroll management
