• The Cantonal Hospital, the Ticino multisite hospital, to complete its team of Angiology, is looking for one: Angiology Head Doctor (100%) Angiology is part of the Vascular Surgery Service and Angiology and covers the needs of vascular medicine throughout the Canton.
• The candidate must possess a proven clinical experience and demonstrate solidity and autonomy in managing the entire spectrum of angiological diagnostics.
• A strong attitude to teamwork is indispensable, given the need to collaborate with the angiologists of the different EOC locations and to maintain close collaboration with surgeons, interventionist radiologists and colleagues of the related specialties (nefology, neurology, internal medicine).
• The candidate/or candidate will be called/or to direct the Angiology of the Lugano headquarters, to direct the training center and to coordinate the teaching activity for Angiology with the Università della Svizzera italiana, with good prospects for further career development in clinical, university and research.
• Requirements: Specialization recognized in Angiology .
• For doctors with foreign qualifications, recognition by the Federal Commission for medical professions MEBEKO will be required and registration in MedReg (https://www.medregom.admin.ch) prior to the beginning of the activity desired possession of a university qualification (PD, Prof) proven knowledge of the Italian language (level required at least B2) with its registration at MedReg (https://www.medregom.admin.ch.
