Collaborator / Technical co-operator/or IT/or department The professional university school of Italian Switzerland (SUPSI), puts in competition a position of ## Technical co-operator/a computer/a department , to completion of the computer service team of ## Training and learning Department / High pedagogical school (DFA/ASP) based in Locarno. Entry into service on 1 June 2026 or date to be agreed. ## Task - Management of SUPSI students and collaborators support requests for client PCs. - Installing and configuring Windows client PC, MacOS and Linux; - Identification and resolution of client software issues; - Identification and resolution of client hardware issues; - Computer inventory management; - Support and training of the Computer Service; - Participation in computer service projects. ## Requirements - Training as AFC in Computer Science or equivalent title. - At least 5 years of professional experience in similar positions. - Excellent knowledge of client operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux). - Experience in Client configuration and administration. - Knowledge of virtualized environments (e.g. VMWare). - Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. - Experience using ticketing systems. - Experience in automated deployment of applications and operating systems. - Good knowledge of Italian and English. - Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills. - Team and single work attitude. ## We offer - Indefinite Contract. - The position is in band 2 of the SUPSI Collective Agreement (CCLSUPSI). - An open working environment, stimulating and based on a constantly evolving interdisciplinary and multi-professional approach. - A working environment attentive to the quality of human relations and innovation.
