This is what you can expect

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting general agencies in the area of pensions. This applies in particular to the general agencies in northwestern Switzerland, the Swiss Plateau and Central Switzerland. Travel activity therefore accounts for around 40%.

This is what you can do with us

The focus of this position is on enabling and supporting our external organisation in terms of pension provision for private individuals and SMEs.

You will train the new insurance advisors in central courses and offer further training in the general agencies. With your experience and expertise, you will support the pension specialists and pension planners of the general agencies in the performance of their tasks and offer them platforms for the exchange of experience and further development.

In the case of complex preventive care cases, you will also take part in the customer meeting.

What you bring to the table

• Completed specialist certificate in the field of insurance or financial planning or equivalence
• Several years of experience in the sale of pension solutions as well as in adult education
• Experience in coaching and developing employees and distributors
• Knowledge of advising or managing an SME is a plus
• Sense of innovation and ability to motivate people
• Outgoing, willing to compromise as well as goal- and solution-oriented personality
• Great independence and commitment
• In-depth MS Office knowledge including Copilot
• Mother tongue Swiss German, French is a plus
