Role overview

Description of the Role The research is aimed at the selection of a CMO Manager, which will play a key role in the definition and management of the external production network globally.

Company and context

  • The figure will be responsible for guiding the performance of CMO partners, ensuring continuity of supply, economic efficiency and alignment to business objectives, operating as a strategic interface between the organization and the suppliers.
  • The role involves the coordination of a team of 4 people (Switzerland and Italy) and a constant interaction with global stakeholders, in a dynamic and highly complex context.
  • Main responsibility 1. Strategic management of CMOs
  • Selection, qualification and onboarding of new productive partners Management of relations with existing CMOs
  • Monitoring of performance (KPIs: quality, times, costs, service)
  • Management of supply risks to guarantee business continuity 2. Business and operational capacity
  • Negotiation of supply contracts (MSA, Supply Agreement)
  • Definition of pricing, economic conditions and SLA Management of forecasts and orders Requirements
  • 5–10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably for pharmaceutical companies
  • Consolidated experience in team management and development Great knowledge of the English language Soft skills
