Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision support
- Strong Power BI development skills, including data modelling, semantic models, dashboard design, measures, and DAX
- Advanced data mining skills, including querying, joining, transforming, validating, and reconciling large datasets
- Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, data preparation, predictive modelling, or advanced analytics
- Experience working with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms

- Lead the development of claims analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support operational performance, portfolio insights, and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Claims leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges, define analytical requirements, and translate needs into scalable data solutions.
- Design and develop predictive models and analytical approaches that help tackle claims-related issues, including severity, frequency, leakage, cycle time, triage, reserving indicators, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and performance reporting using strong data modelling practices and DAX.
