- We are looking for a person with a transversal vision, entrepreneurial approach and strong coordination ability, as Real Estate Manager 80%-100% for support for projects, in the civil building sector, at a time determined until the end of the projects.
- Your impact: Referring directly to the President of the Management you will be the reference figure to analyze, define and accompany strategic choices on our real estate assets (sales, development, requalification, maintenance to income), ensuring economic and financial sustainability, correct governance of the projects and an effective dialogue with the main stakeholders.
- You will work as a representative of the client in the design groups and ensure the implementation of the projects along the entire life cycle, from the initial idea to realization. What you will do concretely:
- evaluate the strategic options for each property/asset: disposal, valorization, development, requalification, income maintenance, with comparative analysis of scenarios;
- you will establish and validate the economic and financial sustainability of operations: business plan, expected returns, sensitivities, cost structure, embroidery/location hypothesis, financing methods;
- you will coordinate the project ecosystem: designers, consultants, enterprises, experts, authorities and institutions, ensuring timeliness, quality and decision-making consistency;
- you will represent AIL as a contractor in design groups (civil, thermo-sanitary, electrical, fire specialist and other skills), ensuring clarity on requirements, priorities and constraints;
- you will ensure the correct implementation of the projects: progress, milestone, risk management, variants, quality, compliance with technical and regulatory requirements, cost/time control;
