- To strengthen, continue to develop and manage the activities of AIL:LAB, our laboratory of innovation and organizational transformation, we look for a motivated person for the role of Junior Project Manager
- Innovation and Data 80%-100% Your impact: Referring directly to the Director of the People and Future area, in this role you will contribute to the operation and growth of AIL:LAB, supporting the management and realization of projects of innovation, digitization and valorisation of data, while promoting organizational change.
- You will be an operational and technical-functional reference point for coordinating activities, collecting and structuring requirements and developing digital and data-driven solutions, working closely with technical and corporate interlocutors.
- You will also contribute to the dissemination of innovation and continuous improvement within the Company. What you will do concretely:
- you will support the management and implementation of projects and initiatives promoted by AIL:LAB, with particular attention to aspects related to technological innovation, data and automation;
- you will collect the needs of different corporate units and contribute to transducing them into functional and technical requirements, coordinating activities and stakeholders involved;
- you will contribute to the design and development of data collection, integration, processing and enhancement solutions;
- you will perform analysis, dashboards and reporting tools, contributing to the definition of KPIs and information models;
- you will use SQL, Python or other scripting tools for data processing and analysis;
- you will help to structure data and digital solutions so that they can be used in innovative projects and in artificial intelligence-based use cases;
