Mission

As a team leader, you carry out and have carried out the work related to medium voltage (MT) installations within the industrial infrastructure. You manage your team operationally to ensure a secure, qualitative and consistent delivery. Your responsibilities:

• Actively participate in MT work: installation of MT cells, installation and connection of MT lines, installation of MT/BT transformers and associated equipment.
• Supervise, motivate and distribute tasks within your team while ensuring an efficient workflow.
• Adapt the interventions to the constraints of the field and check the availability, condition and proper use of the specialized MT equipment.
• Control the conformity of electrical installations, optimize the use of materials and maintain a clean and secure working environment.
• Strictly enforce safety rules, verify PPE, identify risks and immediately stop work in case of danger.
• Carry out the survey, document key information and trace needs and gaps to the construction manager.
• Train, accompany and evaluate employees, while ensuring the quality of the work and the timeliness.

Profile

• Network electrician CFC, electrician installer or equivalent recognized training.
• Confirmed practical experience (5 years) in medium voltage installations (cells, transformers, lines, wiring).
• Proven ability to frame a team, transmit technical instructions and maintain cohesion.
• Strong sense of security, rigour, organization and responsiveness to unforeseen situations.
• Dynamic, careful, responsible, solutions oriented person.
• Driver's license.
