Your tasks

• Customer service in the field of telecommunications and patient/resident call systems
• long-term support and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Independent implementation of medium and larger ICT projects
• Creating offers, contracts and settlements
• Management of supplier negotiations
• Leadership and support of the employees under his direct authority
• Responsibility for time, budget and quality of projects
• Bringing fresh ideas, driving new technologies and supporting the further development of our systems

You bring that with you

• Completed training as computer scientist EFZ, telematician EFZ or electrical installer EFZ with further training in the field of telecommunications or equivalent ICT training
• Optimal with further education HF
• Experience in project management, ideally in the ICT environment
• Experience with modern telephony platforms such as e.g. For example, with teams, Innovaphone, Ascom and knowledge of network technology
• Independent and structured working method with great personal responsibility
• Presentation-strong and experienced in dealing with decision-makers
• Joy of communication, organization and teamwork
