Your tasks
- Customer service in the field of telecommunications and patient/resident call systems
- long-term support and maintenance of existing customer relationships
- Independent implementation of medium and larger ICT projects
- Creating offers, contracts and settlements
- Management of supplier negotiations
- Leadership and support of the employees under his direct authority
- Responsibility for time, budget and quality of projects
- Bringing fresh ideas, driving new technologies and supporting the further development of our systems
You bring that with you
- Completed training as computer scientist EFZ, telematician EFZ or electrical installer EFZ with further training in the field of telecommunications or equivalent ICT training

- Experience in project management, ideally in the ICT environment
