The Hôpital du Valais is seeking for the Centre Hospitalier du Valais Romand a Candidate for Perfusionist Training (Cardiotechnician in Extracorporeal Circulation) 100% ## Mission

• Be responsible for promoting and providing quality care according to the professional practice model (MPP) of the Hôpital du Valais and in compliance with the care charter.
• Ensure the proper conduct of the extracorporeal circulation (CEC) of the patient when the medical or surgical situation requires it.
• Ensure the maintenance of the medicotechnical equipment specific to the perfusionist activity. ## Profile
• Tertiary nursing diploma (recognized by the Swiss Red Cross)
• Post-diploma nursing training in anesthesia and/or intensive care with at least 2 years of professional experience
• Ability to adapt to extremely rapid and highly complex situations.
• Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy in functioning, a lively and creative spirit, and a high degree of concentration
• Initiative spirit with the implementation of new solutions without any delay
• Ability to plan, evaluate, communicate, and anticipate.
• Be exemplary in new and/or unpredictable situations, total control of emotions.
• Relational and social skills, continuous collaboration with the medical-surgical team.
• Ability to integrate into a small team and work in close collaboration with flexibility in work time scheduling
